allocated for use by children. Both are located
close to the villa.

The nine-hole
Vale de Milho golf course adjoins Clube
Golfemar. The course boasts a creative design with water features and wonderful views over the sea.
Designed by the world famous David Thomas the Vale de Milho course provides technical interest and a challenge to players of all levels. The course is renown as a top site for
practicing your skills with short irons. David
Thomas is best known for his is the Brabazon Course at the Belfry, near Birmingham, England. The Brabazon course hosted the International Ryder Cup in 1985, 1983 and 1993.
Many golfers are surprised that the Vale de Milho course, at only 970 meters long, can be so complete and challenging.

Over the nine holes, all of them par 3, the golfer is faced with a series of obstacles and challenges.
The distances and the difficulties posed by each hole vary, but hole number 11, at 161 meters, is longest. The shortest hole is number 3, covering just 70 meters. The course presents a real test for champions. To play the Vale de Milh to par (27) will demand skill and practice.
Enjoy yourself, practice your short iron shots and take in the beautiful and relaxing landscape on the Vale de Milho course.

| Carvoeiro
is a lively traditional Portugese fishing village.
The village has become popular over recent years
and retains stacks of local charm.
Fishing boats come and go
landing fresh fish at the village harbour. Sea
food and locally produced fruit and vegetables can be bought from the
local market.

features a pharmacy, banks, a medical clinic, butcher, baker and newsagents – everything you are likely to need.

great restaurants and excellent bars await you in
Caroerio. Visit a favourite haunt or select
a new venue each day of your stay!

we recommend Carvoeiro Beach, Centianes, Benagil and
Marinha.
A full range of
sporting facilities are available at Carvoeiro Clube and Rocha Brava
just a short walk from our villa.
Carvoeiro has three
golf courses, Quinta do Gramacho,
the champion courses at Vale de Pinta and lovely nine hole course at Vale do Milho.
The Vale do Milho course is only a few minutes from our villa.
The Quinta do Gramacho
course also faetures a golf driving range.
